Happy Monday and yes I'm getting back to it with meal planning and keeping the blog up to date this week. I'm on it. ;) So today is Menu Plan Monday! This week I'm holding steady from last week which is ok by me. I'd like a loss but no gain is almost as good as one and after not being the best with keeping to my points this week I'm happy as can be. The Husband lost 2 1/2 lbs so yay for him. :) I have my meals figured out - 7 of them - but I have no idea what is going where and whatnot. I'll probably end up with left over meals, but at least I have them ready for when I need them. That's the plan this week. :) Here we go with the meals...
1. - Pork Chops w/ Sweet Potatoes and Pears (7 Pts/serving)
2. - Veggie Burgers (4 Pts/serving w/ roll), fries (3 Pts/serving), green beans (0 Pts/serving)
3. - Spaghetti Amatriciana (6 Pts/serving)
4. - Baked French Toast (6 Pts/serving), Turkey Bacon (1 Pts/serving)
5. - Freschetta Brick Oven 5 Cheese Pizza (7 Pts/serving)
6. - Saucy Parmesan Chicken (4 Pts/serving), Butter Noodles (6 Pts/serving), Corn (1 Pts/half cup)
7. - Hot Dogs (2 Pts/serving w/ roll), Shells and Cheese (8 Pts/serving), lima beans (1 Pts/half cup)
