First of all, a big THANK YOU goes out to Chris for giving all of us a place to link up and share our adventures with 365. Second of all, I made it another week! Woohoo! I am really enjoying this challenge. I love that my camera is on me nearly all the time. I'm not missing every moment. I've even caught one that I otherwise would have missed. Ok, so off we go...
DAY EIGHT

K-Girl and I spent some time building a city for her Littlest Pet Shop animals. Although sometimes I find myself at a loss of how to play, I do love LPS and Barbies. :) These were my glam kitties, Diva Cat is on the right.
Meet Spider, er I mean E-Man. This is his super cool trick. I'm waiting for the day he falls or one of the legs of the table snaps. Maybe then he'll believe me that it isn't such a good idea.
Car seat blankets are done. I'll share later sometime in the next week.
I decided to suck up and beg Jillian for forgiveness. She agreed to take me back, but she's no easier this time around. I secretly hate her, but please don't let her know. If she finds out she might make me do an extra set of anterior raises w/ side lunges. Oh my goodness I loathe them! I've currently completed day 4 of 30, and it finally doesn't hurt to drive my car or open the sliding glass door anymore. So there's definitely some improvement in our relationship. And I promise, I'm not "phoning it in", Jillian.
I love this road. It's a road I drive every time I take the kids to their Nan & Pap's house, and a few other places. It's just one of those scenes that make me happy. It's absolutely gorgeous in Autumn. I had to stick the camera out the window while driving to get this, because as you can see there are no shoulders on the road and so stopping would be rather dangerous. I plan to get a picture of this road once a season. We'll see if I remember.
K-Girl's hands are constantly drawing, and I love it. I used to draw a lot and it's really something exciting to see her drawing and really enjoying it. She's been stuck making these propaganda posters lately. Everything she draws has "I am for the red cat." on it. Sure, K-Girl. I'm all for him too.
DAY FOURTEEN
Dust. For my birthday (it's in May so this should give you plenty of notice), I'd like someone to come in and deep clean my house. Yeah I know, who am I kidding. I'd have to clean before they got here to clean, but it's a nice thought. I'm trying desperately to get back on top of things here. Life finally returned to normal with The Husband going back to work this week. It's been a busy week though with only today at home to really get things done. Tomorrow K-Girl's school is off for an in-service day along with Monday for MLK Day. ~sigh~ 4 day weekend. My poor house.

That does look like a good road.
Great pictures. It really is so nice to capture every day life, I think I will enjoy looking back at my 365 more than just about anything.
Love the road. Love the little drawing hands. Love the dust. Okay, I love it all!!
P.S. I hope you'll double link this up with PSF...its a perfect post for both! :)
I think it's great you have fun playing baries and such with your kids. That's one of my favorite memories from when I was a kid :) I can't wait to see the blanket, and the little ones hands--so precious.
I keep hearing about Jillian... do you recommend the pain?
Cool spiderman shot and the yarn shot and... ok, I'm just really glad you're doing this too!!
So fun!! I love seeing your day to day life!! E man is so cute and funny!! I totally would of done the same...stay right there I'll be right back with the camera. LOL!
Great pictures! I love how Chris has started this 365..what a great opportunity to capture what maybe so small but quite possibly the best part of the day. Now I have to find my camera;0)
Excited to see the blanket...
My daughter does a similar trick with an upturned rocking chair. :) Great pictures! (And good luck with Jillian...I am not that brave!)
I love those LPS pics!! And even when that table leg breaks he'll probably just be trying to fix it so he can do it all over again!! (well if he is anything like my boys that is)
Good luck with the Shred - I never made it past day 6 - a new job derailed my efforts and I have yet to try again (although I desperately need it!!)
Happy Friday!!
Great week, I think PB and E-man would get on fabulously.
Yeah, anterior raises w/ side lunges kick my hinder too.
I love the shot of the road. Isn't every day life fun? I'm doing this too...
I didn't know there was a main place to link up, I'll have to check it out. Cool.
Your post was so fun to read! Very enjoyable story. I really love the shot of the road winding away into the trees. It really is beautiful!
And who dosen't love diva kitty, we have several of those here at our house!
Thanks for sharing your week with us!
You have a daring little boy on your hands. I understand... I have two of them!
E-Man is so cute and looks like he will have a great future ahead of him as a stunt man! ;-)
Great that you are really doing this 365 thing. I still can't get myself to do it. I know I should, but I digress, great pictures!
Mmmm, I would love to have someone come clean my house, wouldn't that be heavenly?
What a great idea to take a picture of Nan & Pap's road. I'm going to steal that one. :)
Great pictures.
Awesome pictures. I am going have to link up next week because I am doing this too!
Thank you for joining us this week!
Have I ever told you that I LOVE road shots? Yours is magnificent -- I love that the only real color is in the yellow stripes on the street.
And that is one nimble superhero you're raising!
That road picture is gorgeous!
snowy roads! gorgeous. We dont' see snow much where I live, so it always thrills me a bit to see pics of it. LOL
Great pictures. I did P365 last year. I liked doing it but I lost steam at the end (I did finish it though), so I wasn't up for it this year. Good luck with yours!
This is great! I love the road too, like everyone else said, but for some reason I'm drawn to the second one..of your child, the daredevil. Mainly because it reminds me soooo much of my own kid. Very much so! I hope he doesn't fall and I would have done what you did -- Grab the camera! :-)
What a nice week you had!
I have an agile little one like that!
And I've been doing Jillian too. If I had to hear her say, "Don't phone it in!" I thought I was going to go crazy and then I realized I could just mute her and listen to something else. I find her much more bearable now! :) Good luck!
good job on making it 2 weeks!
I love the spidey shot! Kids crack me up.
Ohmygoodness, that table photo! My boy loves to turn his table upside down too, but fortunately for him the table legs are spread too far apart for him to try your son's stunt! :)
I got that Jillian DVD and haven't had the guts to do the workout yet!
That picture of your spider man is awesome!
