Minus the temper tantrums, 2 years old is one of my favorite ages. I love it when they gain a little more independence, increase their vocabulary so that they can finally let you know what they are thinking, the kisses and cuddles, and the silliness. I really love it. I think it's fun hearing them say certain things that they can't quite get just so yet.
The other night I was excited to catch another one of his words that make me giggle. It took a while to put two and two together to know what he meant, but we finally got it. And thanks to the 365 challenge I had my camera on me to get a little video. There's nothing like trying to get them to say something on cue. ;) Enjoy.
Incase you don't speak 2-year-old here's the translation...
Me: "Hey Buddy, where are we eating dinner tonight?"
E-Man: "I don't know"
Me: "Where are we?"
E-Man: "Home"
Me: "What are we getting?"
E-Man: "I get 'potle" (Chipotle)

So cute!! Happy Wonderful Wednesday!!
cute! I followed him all the way to the "potle" part. I like the toddler talk, too. Connor didn't really say "s" sounds at the beginnings of words forEVER, and it was catchy, so we no longer "snuggle" at our house, we "nuggle". And the neighbor's dog isn't "Sparky", it's "Parky". LOL THose were the two that stuck, even after he finally started saying the S sounds. Good job having the camera on hand to catch the cuteness!
CUTE!! We are so close to two and this video made me that much more excited!!
