365 - Week Thirteen

DAY 85

Day085of365

The first color in our yard. They don't stand a chance though as E-Man is obsessed with picking flowers. But still pretty while they last.

DAY 86

Day086of365

Mmmm teaberry ice cream from one of the best ice cream shops around. They make all their ice cream there. It was a spur of the moment idea from The Husband and I went along with it. It was so worth it.

DAY 87

Day087of365

The day before, I went on a Mom's Time Out to Lancaster County to do a fabric crawl. We visited about 5 or so different fabric shops (and 1 yarn shop) and both saw and purchased some great fabric, but possibly my favorite score of the day was this gorgeous yarn from the Lancaster Yarn Shop. It's a silk/wool blend. Now what to make...

DAY 88

Guess what...
I missed a day. Take 2.

DAY 89

Day089of365

After being reminded that K-Girl needed hardboiled eggs for Wednesday and needing groceries very badly, I finally bit the bullet and went shopping.

DAY 90
Day090of365

Nan & Pap decided for the kids' birthdays this year that they were going to buy them bikes. After looking around a bit we decided to go to Toys R Us and ended up finding two that the kids loved. K-Girl picked an 18" doggie bike that is mostly blue. E-Man found this 14" Diego bike. The helmet had the Hulk and other super heros... and came with a horn. Sold! Remind me to take Tylenol along when we do bike rides. ;)

DAY 91

Day091of365

Gorgeous Spring day. I spent way too long in the car today. Between taking E-Man to Nan & Pap's for the day and picking him up and taking a dog and cat to the vets and then deciding to do dinner out. At least it was pretty and I got to have the windows down and most of the time the radio up.

I've never heard of teaberry ice cream -- what does it taste like (I mean besides teaberries....because I don't know what those taste like).

So you missed a day...

Kelli, I think that may be the coolest rearview mirror shot I have ever seen! I love it!

I've taken a lot of those, but nothing compares to yours -- great job!

the ice cream looks yummy. I need a lot of ice cream to pump up my baby weight. it needs 1 more lbs to reach ideal weight...

the mirror idea I think, was the best of all :)

Oh my gosh. I LOVE that ice cream. SO flipping pretty : ). And I love your little bike rider. A face like that just SCREAMS excitement. Precious! : )

Have I told you before that I live in pennsylvania also? Souderton. Sort of close to Philly. : ) Where do you live?

We have those flowers too. I love them. :)

Great shot of ice cream. Yummy!

Your comment about your flowers not standing a chance with EMan around made me laugh. Evie is the same way and Gracie was the WORST. She beheaded all of our flowers AND the neighbors one year. Lovely.

Love the mirror shot. I really really need to try it, but there's NO way I can match yours!

Yay for spring and new bikes.

And, I've never heard of teaberry either. Is it like strawberry but with tea in it?
